Shipping policy

SHIPPING - 

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED48 / Based on order value:

£2.95 for orders between £1.00 - £20.00  

£3.95 for orders between £20.01 - £75.00

£5.95 for orders between £75.01 - £150.00

FREE for orders over £150.00

We use Royal Mail as our standard delivery company. We are not in control of any consignment after it has left our building and is being handled with the nominated carrier. Delivery timings are based on standard information supplied by the relevant carrier transporting the consignment. We cannot be responsible or liable for any delays that occur after the items have left our premises, due to seasonal or any unforeseen operational issues the nominated carrier may incur. 

We can only apologise for any delay.

Should items not arrive at their destination within 14 days of despatch (this time can be adjusted seasonally), please report by email, to hello@littleletterpress.co.uk.

Your case will then be investigated with the relevant carrier. If the item/s cannot be delivered for some reason, we will report this to you. We cannot be held responsible for any costs that may subsequently occur in any redirection, redelivery of items when incorrect/incomplete address details were submitted on order checkout.

If the items cannot be located by the courier we will issue you a full refund to the payment method you made to purchase the items.
